Where do you deliver?
We’re starting with Sangrur, Punjab. We’ll confirm your exact locality, delivery address and any delivery charge on WhatsApp, or by phone if needed.
When can I place an order?
We confirm orders daily between 7 AM and 5 PM IST. Send your enquiry on WhatsApp; enquiries received later are handled the next day. You can also call us if you prefer.
How soon will my cake arrive?
Delivery takes about three hours after we confirm your order on WhatsApp or by phone, because we bake your cake fresh. An order confirmed at 5 PM may arrive around 8 PM. This is an estimate; we’ll confirm the timing with you. Preparing or sending an enquiry does not start the delivery timer.
Are your tea cakes vegetarian?
Yes. Our tea cakes are 100% vegetarian and eggless, made with premium ingredients and no preservatives.
Can you slice my cake?
Of course. Tick “Please slice all cakes in this enquiry” in your cart. For a different preference for each cake, leave a note in the baking instructions.
Does an enquiry confirm my order?
No. Send your enquiry to Mala on WhatsApp, then wait for her reply. She’ll confirm your bake, delivery details and final price on WhatsApp, or call if needed, before baking begins.
